Court is held on the third Thursday every other month starting at 6pm. The Prosecutor’s Docket is from 5:15pm to 5:45pm.

Search www.courts.mo.gov/casenet to find your case. From there, click on the “Scheduled Hearings & Trials” tab to see your next court date. You can also call the clerk at 816-741-3896.

If requested, one continuance will be granted to defendants over the phone prior to appearing in court. Please contact our office (816-741-3896) to request a continuance. Continuances will not be granted on the day of court, you MUST appear.

Your failure to appear in court or respond to the citation as directed, may result in the suspension of your driver’s license and could result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.
