City offices closing for the Christmas holiday
City Hall and Municipal Court will both be closed on both December 24 and December 25. Have a happy Christmas!
The Northmoor web site will be down most of Tuesday, February 7, and possibly into Wednesday, February 8, while the server it is hosted on undergoes a major upgrade. During that time, please visit our Facebook page for any important announcements. A link for online water bill payment will also be posted there for use during the outage.
